Welcome to SendFlowerChina.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of floral and gift delivery services. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

SendFlowerChina.com, operated by Hubei Hehourui Trading Co., Ltd., provides specialized cross-border floral and gift delivery services within Mainland China. Our services include professional sourcing, artistic arrangement, and hand-delivery to designated recipients.

2. Order Accuracy & Recipient Requirements

Information Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate recipient details, including a valid Chinese mobile phone number and a precise delivery address.
The Importance of Phone Numbers: In China, couriers must contact the recipient prior to delivery. Without a local mobile number, we cannot guarantee on-time fulfillment.
Order Modifications: Changes to orders (address, message, etc.) must be requested at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Modifications are not guaranteed once an order has entered the “Processing” stage.

3. Delivery & Holiday Policies

We leverage an extensive local fulfillment network to offer rapid nationwide service.

Standard Delivery: We offer delivery as fast as 3 hours following order confirmation in most major metropolitan areas.
Failed Delivery Attempts: We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or the recipient’s refusal to accept the gift.

Important Holiday Notice: During peak seasonal holidays (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Qixi Festival, and Christmas), our 3-hour express service is suspended. For these dates, we guarantee Same-Day Delivery only to ensure the meticulous quality of every handcrafted arrangement.

4. Substitution & Aesthetic Policy

As flowers are living, seasonal products, exact matches to website imagery cannot always be guaranteed.

Substitutions: If specific blooms or containers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value. We will always maintain the original color palette and aesthetic style.
Handcrafted Nature: Each bouquet is unique. Slight variations between the delivered product and website photos are a hallmark of artisanal floral design.

5. Payments & Currency

Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise selected.
Security: We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption. Payments are processed via trusted gateways (PayPal / Major Credit Cards). We do not store your full financial data on our servers.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellation requests made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
Perishable Goods Clause: Due to the perishable nature of floral products, refunds are not issued if:
- The order is already out for delivery or has been successfully delivered.
- The delivery fails due to incorrect recipient data provided by the customer.
- The recipient refuses the delivery.
Quality Claims: Claims regarding flower quality must be submitted with photographic evidence to [email protected] within 12 hours of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendFlowerChina.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic accidents, or government restrictions).

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
